Build availability. Protect momentum.

Recovery & Physical Preparation

No program can remove risk. Preparation, load awareness and consistent capacity work can help identify physical risk factors and support injury reduction.

Forge focuses on the physical qualities and behaviours athletes can influence: strength capacity, landing and deceleration skill, exposure to speed, mobility where relevant, training progression, sleep and recovery consistency.

Objective testing can support monitoring and return-to-performance planning, but data is always interpreted alongside symptoms, training history and input from qualified medical or allied-health practitioners.

How Forge works

Measure. Coach. Progress.

01

Understand the load

We map sport, gym, school or work demands and identify where training stress is accumulating.

02

Build the buffer

Strength, movement and conditioning are progressed to improve the athlete’s capacity to tolerate expected demands.

03

Coordinate the return

When injury is involved, Forge works within the guidance of the athlete’s treating practitioner and focuses on performance reconditioning.

  2. 02Relevant movement or strength assessment
  3. 03Targeted capacity and control work
  4. 04Load and recovery education
  5. 05Planned monitoring or re-testing checkpoints
