Speed & Agility Training

Speed is a skill. It improves when intent, mechanics, exposure and recovery are planned together.

Forge breaks speed down into trainable qualities: starting positions, projection, force application, upright mechanics, braking and the ability to redirect efficiently.

Drills are matched to the athlete rather than copied from a generic circuit. Timing gates and video may be used to make progress visible and keep the focus on outcomes, not just effort.

How Forge works

Measure. Coach. Progress.

01

Teach the position

Athletes understand the shapes and force directions that support efficient acceleration and running.

02

Expose real speed

High-quality efforts, full recovery and appropriate distances allow athletes to move with genuine intent.

03

Add sporting decisions

Change of direction progresses from planned technique to reactive movement that reflects the competitive environment.

What this service is built to deliver

Useful outcomes, not empty activity.

  • Sharper acceleration mechanics
  • Better maximum-velocity exposure
  • More confident deceleration and redirection
  • Objective sprint or split-time benchmarks
  • Movement solutions relevant to your sport
What to expect

Quality before fatigue

Speed training is managed around the athlete’s weekly field, gym and competition load so high-intent work remains high quality.

  1. 01Dynamic preparation and sprint readiness
  2. 02Acceleration or maximum-speed technical work
  3. 03Timed high-intent efforts
  4. 04Deceleration and change-of-direction development
  5. 05Targeted strength or tissue-capacity support
